Trentham Photography Club

Trentham Photography Club held its first meeting in May 2013. Its members range from weekend ‘happy snappers' and beginner photographers to more experienced artists who are entering and placing in competitions both at home and abroad.  Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every month at Trentham Neighbourhood Centre from 7pm – 9pm. Everyone is asked to print and bring along their three (3) favourite photographs taken during the previous month. The group uses this time to offer suggestions on camera settings and composition to improve techniques and knowledge. This is followed by a variety of activities including guest speakers, workshops and excursions to demonstrate and practice new techniques.
A one-off joining fee of $20 is applicable and $2 per meeting that you attend. These funds are put towards exhibition costs as well as photographic material as agreed by members.
New members are most welcome. Please direct all enquiries to Trentham Neighbourhood Centre on 5424 1354.
