The Nutty Orchard

The Nutty Orchard is a gourmet’s delight, specializing in natural pesticide free cherries and chestnuts and various heirloom fruits throughout the year. Most of the produce is cooked up for our boutique hand-made preserve range, The Nutty Orchard. The Nutty Orchard range has been developed, cooked and is operated by Tracey Williams-Roy. 

The business produces several ranges of preserves under The Nutty Orchard specializing in Jams, Jellies and flavored Honeys and Cordials to die for and The Black Dog Creek range producing ‘sauces with bite’. Our Gourmet Larder Items consist of Natural Muesli’s and Granola’s, Eggs, Tea Blends, Bread Mixes and Pesto’s and Dips and seasonal item. 

The Nutty Orchard Cookery School is conducted in our commercial kitchen and is usually a terrific day of fun, adventure into food and lots of learning. As our classes are all inter active each guest gets to take home the delights they have prepared on the day.

Red Beard Bakery

John Reid and his brother Alan are experienced sourdough bakers, specialising in traditional wood-fired scotch ovens. All Red Beard products are hand-made and wood-fired, using local organic ingredients except when seasonally unavailable.

Red Beard bakery is open every day 8am to 5pm, down the laneway opposite the rotunda.
