Proudly serving a winter menu of hearty stews, soups and platters, as well as a selection of cakes. Operator Mel Thomas is passionate about coffee and and delicious 'anytime' food (nosh). When not 'shooting shots' Mel has been known to slip into her alias as a Charlie Chaplin impersonator. Chaplin's also sell The Artist's Muse Euro-American collectables and the Art of painter Mark Payne.

Colliban Foodstore

We are a wine bar, fine wine merchant, foodstore and café serving a continental breakfast and a light lunch.
  Our Restaurant section is closed until further notice. As a result we are not taking any bookings at this point in time.
 
 We are open 5 days from 9.00 a.m. Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday & Tuesday and we close at 4.00 p.m. except on Fridays when we shall stay open for wine tastings until 7.00 p.m. 
We are closed on Wednesday and Thursday.

Cosmopolitan Hotel

The Cosmopolitan Hotel was badly damaged by a fire on June 26, 2005. The hotel is being re-built, and currently the restaurant is open in the newly restored historic stables and in the gardens. Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday (and public holidays) we serve up some of the region's best food, wine and beer with a menu by local chef Chris Wilding. Trading hours: 11am-11pm, Friday - Sunday.

Red Beard Bakery

John Reid and his brother Alan are experienced sourdough bakers, specialising in traditional wood-fired scotch ovens. All Red Beard products are hand-made and wood-fired, using local organic ingredients except when seasonally unavailable.

Red Beard bakery is open every day 8am to 5pm, down the laneway opposite the rotunda.
